Welcome to Beer Dabbler’s Freshies, our weekly rundown on the newest beers hitting the store shelves and taproom coolers in Minnesota from your favorite local and national breweries.

The smoke has settled on Dankness Day (April 20) and now Minnesota braces for (potentially) the first 70+ degree day in what feels like two years. And it’s fitting, because this week we’re seeing a rush of crisp, refreshing summer seasonals, whether on draft or sold in mixed packs that offer a little something for everyone.

Meanwhile, the Craft Brewers Conference hits the Minneapolis Convention Center on May 2–5 and many local breweries have been testing new ingredients and collaborating with local and national peers in preparation. A few of those beers are available now, with many more on their way.

Each week, the Beer Dabbler team highlights five of the most tantalizing new beers that we’re most excited to try.
