Accomplished musicians Bill Eddins and Matt Engstrom have opened the music-centric MetroNOME Brewery in the former Birch's Lowertown space in Saint Paul. Expect a variety of awesome beers from Head Brewer (and Boom Island co-founder) Kevin Welch, plus plenty of live music.
