Hop & Barrel Brewing Company opened in Hudson, Wisconsin, in 2017 and quickly became a border town staple. After four great years in Hudson, Hop & Barrel expanded their operation with a southeastern Minnesota outpost, Hop & Barrel Brewing Spring Valley.
