Our name comes from where we are located, and that is also where our business and sense of community will help protect the surrounding water sources as we will be proud supporters of the Elm Creek Watershed. When Mitch Carlson called his dad Wade in the fall of 2019 with the idea that their hometown needed a brewery, he could only nod in agreement—and then laughed the idea off. But they never let it go away entirely, after countless hours of researching, studying, and rolling up their sleeves, the Carlson’s are proud to bring Elm Creek Brewing Co. to their beloved Champlin, friends, and neighbors.
