Happy Holidays Dabblers! ‘Tis the season for ugly sweater parties, holiday gift markets, and special bottle releases at your favorite Twin Cities Metro Area breweries, so we put together this list of awesome taproom events to get you into the festive spirit. Waconia will be awarding prizes for the first, second and third place ugly sweaters, so bring your A-game!

Eastlake Craft Brewery will be hosting several holiday-themed recipes and special release anniversary beers all weekend long at their Midtown Global Market taproom.

Tattersall River Falls Winter Market | 11 am–5 pm | Free

Grab a drink at the newly opened Tattersall River Falls distillery and enjoy two days of holiday shopping with local artisans, makers, crafters, brands, and much more.

Tin Whiskers Winter Market | Noon–4 pm | Free

Tin Whiskers will be highlighting the work of a variety of local artists at their annual winter market event, as well as debuting a special beer release in the taproom.

Lake & Legends Anniversary Party and Holiday Market | Noon start both 12•11 and 12•12 | Free

Lakes & Legends will be hosting a holiday market starting on Saturday afternoon and celebrating their 6th anniversary all weekend long with special bottle and tap releases, an ugly sweater party, and more.

Holiday Craft Market Number 12 Cider | Noon–9:30 pm | Free

Head to the North Loop’s Number 12 Cider for a Holiday Craft Market featuring 19 local small business vendors who will be selling their wares from noon to 5 pm. Hang around for live music from Matthew Schmitz from 5:30–6:15 pm and Zoe Says Go from 6:30–9:30 pm.

Ugly Sweater Bus Party: 10k Brewing, Alloy Brewing Company, Elm Creek Brewing Company, OMNI Brewing Company | 1–5:30 pm | $40

Take a tour of four of the Northwest Metro’s finest taprooms with this Ugly Sweater Bus Party. Each stop features a free beer, food specials, plus an ugly sweater contest with a chance to win a free growler!

Holiday Market at ENKI Brewing | 2–6 pm | Free

ENKI is celebrating the crafty qualities of their Victoria, MN neighbors by hosting a holiday market featuring 25 local artisans sharing their wares.

Holiday Pop-Up Art Shop at Summit Brewing Co. | 3–8 pm | Free

Summit Brewing’s pop-up Holiday Market will feature nine acclaimed local makers and vendors selling all manner of holiday gifts in the brewery’s expansive Rathskeller taproom.

Steel Toe Brewing Holiday Market | 5–9 pm | Free

Sip and shop for holiday gifts from nine local vendors at Steel Toe’s holiday market at their St. Louis Park taproom.

Birch’s On The Lake’s Annual Eve Before Christmas Party | 6–8:30 pm | $15

Ten-piece funk and soul cover band High & Mighty will be rocking the stage at Birch’s on the Lake for their annual party on the night before the night before Christmas!

Tuba Nutcracker Holiday Show at Boom Island Brewing Company | 6–8:30 pm | Free

The Above Average Tuba Quartet will serenade visitors to Minnetonka’s Boom Island Brewing with songs from The Nutcracker and other holiday favorites.

Wicked Wort Ugly Sweater Party | 7–10 pm | Free

Dust off your ugliest, corniest holiday sweater and make the trek out to Robbinsdale’s Wicked Wort for a chance to win an awesome prize. The brewery will also feature beer specials plus live music from Ben Callies Music Trio.

Luce Line Holiday Song Project Featuring Laurie Parker | 8–10 pm | Free

Luce Line will play host to Holiday Song Project and vocalist Laurie Parker for a fun-filled evening of great beer and classic holiday-themed tunes.

Breakfast with Santa at Invergrove Brewing Company | 10 am–1 pm | Free

Enjoy a delicious beer brunch at Invergrove Brewing with special holiday crafts and activities as well as a visit from Mister Claus himself.

Presents for your PAWrents at Inbound BrewCo | 11 am–4 pm | $10

Bring your pups and help them turn them into furry artists while creating great gifts in the process with Inbound’s unique holiday-themed event.

Saint Paul Brewing’s Winter Market | 11 am–3 pm | Free

Saint Paul Brewing has been hosting weekly Winter Market events featuring 4–6 vendors. Sip and support local artists this holiday season.

StormKing Brewpub and Barbecue’s Holiday Pop-up Market | Noon–5 pm | Free

Sing a hearty “O Tannenbaum” with the folks from Waldmann Brewing and help them as they raise and decorate their first-ever biergarten Christmas tree. Homemade glühwein will be available in addition to Waldmann’s beer.

December 16

Holiday Sip & Shop at 612Brew | 4–11 pm | Free

612Brew’s Sip & Shop holiday market will feature seven different local vendors selling everything from hot sauce to macramé.

Holiday Stout Explosion at Fair State Brewing Cooperative | 4–11 pm | Free

Fair State will be releasing four unique and delicious stouts in honor of the holiday season. Food provided by Parlour food truck.

The Long Night Winter Solstice Party at Pryes Brewing Company | 5 pm–12 am | Free

Pryes is throwing a blowout Winter Solstice party featuring a plethora of new and rare beer releases, music from Solid Gold (Friday) and Chastity Brown (Saturday), plus a live muralist, aerialists, specialty food pairings, fire dancers, and more.

OMNI Brewing Hibernation Party | 11 am–11 pm | Free

Enjoy OMNI’s festively decorated, heated tent while sampling some of their most sought-after seasonal releases including barrel-aged beers like their Super Scotch ale.

Retro Holiday Market at Urban Growler Brewing Company | Noon–8 pm | Free

Christmas at the Haus – Schram Haus Brewery | December 18 | 2–9 pm | Free

Sip on three new holiday beers from Schram Haus while petting Reindeer Lamas (!!!) and listening to music from singer Ali Gray. Food provided by El Huarache Mexicano food truck.

Stillwater Tipsy Santa Bar Crawl with Lift Bridge Brewing | 3–9 pm | Free

Lift Bridge serves as the anchor for this Stillwater bar crawl featuring several area watering holes. Lift Bridge beer and seltzer will be available at each stop along the crawl.

Ugly Sweater Holiday Party at Big Wood Brewing | 5 pm | Free

Big Wood will be hosting contests and giveaways all night long for the taproom customers with the best ugly holiday sweaters, plus music from Josh Quinn.

White Elephant Party at Wabasha Brewing Company | 6 pm | Free

Bring a gift that’s less than $20 and join the folks at Wabasha Brewing Company in all of the silly fun of a holiday-time white elephant party.

Christmas with the Dark Lords at Torg Brewery | 7 pm | Free

Torg is partnering with local nonprofit Costumers for a Cause to help raise money for Toys for Tots. Snap a holiday photo with Darth Vader, Sauron, and more while sipping Torg’s Conflicted Krampus dark English mild.

Ugly Sweater Party at Bald Man Brewing | 7–11 pm | Free

Eagan’s Bald Man Brewing will host an Ugly Sweater Party with prizes for the goofiest getup, as well as live music from cover band Kitty & The Entourage
