Welcome to Beer Dabbler’s Freshies, our weekly rundown on the newest beers hitting the store shelves and taproom coolers in Minnesota from your favorite local and national breweries.
T
hey make beers for all types this weekend, whether you’re a Super Bowl fan or more of a Puppy Bowl aficionado (or both). Big games and big beers. Town Hall will kick off Barrel Aged 2023, introducing a dozen labors of love over the next two weeks. Then, next month, Lupulin hosts their own Big Beer Week.
But what’s on tap now? Lots and lots of variety. This week has several new Pilsners hitting the taplines next to pastry stouts, smoothie sour ales, and even a returning red IPA. The non-alcoholic THC-infused scene continues to grow too, with new offerings in Bloomington, Spring Park, Minneapolis and elsewhere.

Each week, the Beer Dabbler team highlights the most tantalizing new beers available across the state that we’re most excited to try. Check out these Top Flights at Dabbler Depot—Click on each image for stock levels.
